Dear Dr. Hillier:
Before Vision Therapy, Matthew was extremely frustrated and had very low self-esteem. Matthew’s reading and comprehension were significantly below 2nd grade level. Almost as soon as he began his Vision Therapy his frustration level and self-esteem improved. By the completion of his 25 weeks of Vision therapy Matthew had improved his schoolwork by a whole year. Vision therapy has given Matthew the visual skills necessary to be successful.
Now that Matthew’s eyes are working correctly, he is enrolled in the Sylvan Learning Center where he is focusing his efforts on reading and comprehension. We expect that Matthew will be reading and comprehending at a 3rd grade level when the new school year begins.
Thank you to you and all of your staff for making Matthew’s dreams a little easier to obtain.
Sincerely, Roberta Degener
